We have an immediate opening for an experienced HVAC/R Technician. The HVAC/R Technician will be responsible for servicing and repairing HVAC & Refrigeration systems. You will be required to travel to the customer’s location to identify and guide them to improve their HVAC/R needs. We work with commercial HVAC/R customers, so you must know how to work with small and large HVAC/R equipment. You will also be responsible for the service installation to end-of-life by performing maintenance, warranty, and
mergency repairs.

HVAC/R Technician Duties & Responsibilities:
- ● Identifying customer’s needs
- ● Installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation/refrigeration, and air conditioning systems and equipment
- ● Managing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC/R systems
- ● Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services
- ● Performing repairs and maintenance
- ● Participate in a technical training
- ● Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act
- ● Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers’ requirements
- ● Supporting team members and peers to achieve KPIs
HVAC Technician Requirements:
- ● Vocational, training, or apprenticeship of an HVAC program
- ● High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent
- ● Current HVAC technician license
- ● Valid driver’s license
- ● Reliable and self-motivated
- ● Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating
- ● Working knowledge of basic refrigeration
- ● Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- ● Ability to work after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays with short or no notice
- ● Ability to work in confined spaces
